Day1: Tanger - Chefchaouine
Commencing from Tangier, your 5 days excursion leads you eastward, traversing the verdant Rif Mountains to reach Chefchaouen, also known as the Blue Pearl, at the base of the rugged Rif Mountains. The city is distinguished by its striking blue hue and picturesque blue passageways. Upon your arrival in Chefchaouen, take some time to rest before embarking on a leisurely walking tour to discover the town’s enchanting alleyways. Overnight in Riad.
Day2: Chefchaouine - Volubilis - Fes
After Breakfast, your trip heads to the southern regions of Morocco, passing through the Rif Mountains and vast agricultural areas. You will visit the historical monuments of the Volubilis site. This site was the capital of the ancient Kingdom of Mauritania, established in the 3rd century BC. The Roman Empire developed it into an important outpost and adorned it with splendid buildings and monuments. It subsequently served as the capital of Idris I, the founder of the Idrisid state, for a brief period. In the afternoon, you will travel to the ancient city of Fez, which dates back 1235 years. Day3: Fes sightseeing tour with a local guide
During the morning and after breakfast. You will have a guided tour led by an experienced and enthusiastic guide who will reveal to you the ancient history of the city as well as its most important historical landmarks that distinguish it from others. Your tour begins by visiting the gates of the Royal Palace. Then, visit one pottery-making workshop that distinguishes the city of Fez from others. Then, head to Medina’s narrow and crowded alleys, which are included on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Day4: Fes - Meknes - Casablanca
After breakfast, you’ll continue your trip, leaving Morocco’s oldest cities behind. You’ll head west toward the Atlantic Ocean, bound for the Kingdom of Morocco’s economic capital, the largest Moroccan city in terms of both area and population. Before reaching your destination, you’ll pass through one of Morocco’s former imperial cities: Meknes, a city steeped in history and ancient historical landmarks. You can explore some of its heritage and tourist attractions there, such as Bab Al Mansour, the tombs of Moulay Ismail, and drive by the Royal Palace. Overnight in hotel.
Day5: Casablanca - Rabat - Tanger
After breakfast, you will set off from the economic capital, Casablanca, to visit the Hassan II Mosque, considered one of Morocco’s most important architectural and religious masterpieces. It is the largest mosque in Morocco, the third in Africa, and the thirteenth in the world. Then, you will head towards Rabat, the administrative capital of the Kingdom of Morocco, where authenticity and modernity meet in historical landmarks such as the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower, the Kasbah of Chelah, and the Mausoleum of King Mohammed V. After that, you will head north towards the city of Tangier (the bride of the north).
